Genis's project of transferring good practices of electronic operation onto the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server platform was recognized as one of the this year's three top achievements of the Slovenian Microsoft partners.

KRANJ, MARIBOR, 9. 9. 2009 – Genis has received an award for special achievements in the area of development and transfer of its own solutions for document management onto the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server platform at this year's Microsoft partner event. With this project of transfer of good practices of e-operation onto the MOSS platform and successful implementation of the new solutions, Genis has confirmed the adequacy of Microsoft technologies for managing work procedures, documentation and information also in the large business environments. Information solutions on the MOSS platform, such as e-Invoices, e-Meetings, e-OrgDoc, e-TechDoc and e-TOrders are for instance already used in the Business Group Sava where they have, by using them, unified standard work procedures and e-operation in two of their basic activities, rubber and tourism.

As said by Janko Štefančič, technical director of Genis upon receiving the award, this company from Kranj has offered the widest range of information for support of standard work procedures in large and medium companies in only a year and a half time. "Based on our knowledge and good practices we have enabled large and medium companies which want to use MOSS as the basic platform for the execution of document system and workflow quality solutions which are in accordance with the highest criterions both concerning the efficiency and safety and also user experience and business value," also emphasized Janko Štefančič.
