Genis offered e-Računi for SAP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV on MOSS platform

Users of SAP and Navision standard business information systems can lower the
operation costs by electronic management of invoices on the Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server.
KRANJ, 13. 5. 2009 – Overview of the
received invoices is the prerequisite for managing the liquidity of the
company. Genis has developed information solution for reviewing and
confirmation of received invoices on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
platform, which is adjusted for the users of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
business systems. The new e-Računi solution supports the execution of the
entire procedure of confirmation of the received invoices, from the
digitalization of the paper invoice or acquisition from the e-bank, reviewing,
signing, to accounting into the business information system.
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server is one of the most widespread technologies
which the Slovenian companies use upon developing their electronic operation
portals. "Genis is proud to be one of the first developers to offer concrete
solutions for electronic operation for the SAP and Navision information system
users on MOSS," said Stane Štefančič, the director of the company Genis. With
e-Računi for SAP and Navision on MOSS, the leading Slovenian companies can use

e-Računi on MOSS enable users to,
with respect to the authorization, review, confirm or reject invoices. The
entire procedure is conducted automatically, in accordance to the business
rules. The advantage of e-Računi on MOSS is also that the user has instant
access to all the information needed for the decision. Thus there is no need to
search for data, which speeds up the procedure. All the activities of the users
are tracked, so the transparency of the operation and the work of the ones in
charge of the confirmation of the invoices improves.

the received invoices. Namely we guarantee the users integration with
electronic data exchange systems, including electronic bank and electronic
archiving services for safe storage of electronic invoices," also said
Štefančič.
Beside employees that do the confirmation and
controlling, the advantage of the e-Invoice on MOSS applies also to the
financial-accounting service. e-Računi solution enables distribution of
invoices and preparation and launch of automatic accounting in the main and
current account books. Faster financial-accounting processing is responsible
for the reducing of time needed for the preparation of financial reports for
the management and on time settlement of financial obligations.
