Good practices in electronic operation of parent companies presented in
Slovakia Slovenian information solutions in the spotlight.
KRANJ,
PORAD (Slovakia), 18. 5. 2009 – Company Genis is the main sponsor of the
central annual event organized by the European Association of Registrars. Genis
will present its proven information solutions for electronic operation of
parent companies to more than 400 leaders and experts from registrar services
from 20 countries at the Congress of European Association of Registrars which
will take place on 18th and 19th of May in Poprad, Slovakia. Beside expert
lectures in the conference part, Genis will also present his entire offer of
information solutions for the electronic operation of the public administration
and companies at its exhibition space.
"Genis can enable any
public administration in Europe the execution of advanced electronic operation.
Our expertise is namely confirmed by the 2nd place Slovenia received for the
development of electronic services of public administration, since these
services are founded precisely on the use of Genis's information systems,"
stressed Stane Štefančič, the director of Genis.
The participants
of the congress will be able to get familiar with the operation of information
systems, such as Population Register, Permanent Population Register and
Citizenship Register. Also presented will be some interoperability solutions
which embody the EU guidelines in the IT support to public administration area,
such as e-Births, IO-Kindergartens and PanEU, and also the ECRN and RISER
solutions for data exchange among European public administrations.
"Advanced information solutions for e-operation of European public services
and their mutual connection will simplify managing personal data and acquiring
of various certificates for the administration procedures to European
residents," Said Štefančič. Implementing interoperability and e-Government
cross-border services is also one of the main goals of the EU regarding the
development of public administration.
Beside the improvement of
the basic processes and procedures in public administration Genis enables also
the improvement in other fields of work, such as office operation and placing
orders. Thus Genis will also present e-Office solution for managing received
and sent mail and electronic folders and e-Invoice for managing public orders,
contracts and received invoices to the participants.
