Genis announced GEN4P innovative software solutions for small companies

Company Genis will offer GEN4P innovative software services for support of
advanced operation to small companies by the end of the year.
KRANJ, 15. 6. 2009 – Company Genis d.o.o., the leading provider of
information solutions and services for electronic operation of companies and
public administration has announced, upon the celebration of the 15th
anniversary of its existence, and in accordance with the strengthening of the
service activities, the innovative business software services for small
companies. New services Genis compiled in the GEN4P web software collection are
entirely the result of its own business and technological knowledge. They offer
integral management of business processes to small companies, from office
operation, marketing and sales, to project and financial management.
Upon the design and development of the GEN4P software solutions Genis
considered the most frequent problems regarding the management of small
companies. These are insufficient organization of procedures and documentation,
out of date financial data and insufficient knowledge and tools for project
managing, marketing and sales. "GEN4P software solutions are made for small
companies since they are based on our own operation experiences. We have thus
enabled small companies to improve their operation in all the key areas of
operation by organization and simplification of the procedures," Said Stane
Štefančič, the general director of company Genis d.o.o.
The main
innovation of the GEN4P services is that, unlike various information systems
which are currently available on the market, it supports and closely connects
the standard work procedures. By using these services, small companies
functionally support four key operation areas, namely office operation or
administrative procedures management, marketing and sales (CRM), project and
work order management and the management of received and issued invoices.
GEN4P follows the operation of small companies which mostly hire
accounting service for keeping their records. Thus Genis has also developed an
innovative business model which enables to strengthen and simplify the
cooperation of small companies with their accounting services through direct
connecting of GEN4P services with accounting applications, such as VASCO,
Microsoft Dynamics NAV and others.
GEN4P software services which
the companies will use over the web and for which they will pay a monthly fee,
are expected to be available in the autumn.
