Genis presented innovations regarding the work of Administrative units

 High performance workplace for the administratibe units.
Operation of e-Photographer and the new version of Advanced workplace systems
were presented at the " e-Operation = efficient operation" professional
seminar, organized by Genis d.o.o. on occasion of its 15th birthday. Visitors
received personalized participant cards within seconds after biometric
verification of their photography and automatic data capture from their
personal document. In this way Genis presented two important improvements for
increasing the efficiency of administrative clerks which are now at the
disposal of public administration. By using e-Photographer and Advanced
workplace solutions by Genis, the administration units can significantly reduce
the time needed for data capture upon submitting applications for e.g.
biometric passport or identification card. As they say in Genis, the use of
their innovation reduces the data capture process for more than 10 times, and
at the same time enables administrative units simpler carrying out of
legislation regarding the acquisition and use of personal data for
administrative procedures purposes. Besides faster work the security also
improves and the number of errors reduces. Namely the users conduct all the
activities regarding a specific procedure on one place, through interoperable
connecting of various public records and other information resources.
